Often when defining team building, recourse is made to the metaphor of the football team as a group of people who put themselves on the line, each with their own individualities but all equally important for the purpose of winning. What is the difference between a corporate team and a sports team? Practically nothing. In a sports team, individual potentials also multiply according to how much one manages to think of and sense the others not as individuals but as significant components of the group.
We planned the first 7-a-side football tournament for Manifattura Bulgari and it was a great success! Men and women, colleagues and friends gave their best with a serving of loyalty, honesty and fun.
